Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Làm mềm bơ rồi đập trứng vào, thêm chút đường và khuấy đều.

Đổ trứng vào bát bột, trộn đều. Nhào bột thật mịn và để nguyên trong vòng nửa giờ. Sau đó, cán mỏng bột trên thớt. Cắt bột thành từng que dài.

Xoắn bột để tạo hình cho bánh. Dùng chổi quét 1 lớp mỡ lên trên từng thanh bột. Đặt chúng trên giấy thấm dầu và nướng ở 180 độ C trong vòng 20 phút.

Lấy bánh ra và thưởng thức. Những chiếc bánh mì que thơm ngon và nóng hổi, rất thích hợp cho những bữa sáng vội vàng hay buổi chiều nhâm nhi chút đồ ăn vặt.
