Dâu tây chọn trái bóng khỏe, đỏ mọng, không giập nát, đem rửa sạch, thái đôi, cho vào tô cùng khoảng 4 muỗng canh đường bột và rượu cam, ngâm trong khoảng 1 giờ.
Cho heavy cream vào tô, từ từ vừa cho lượng đường bột còn lại, vừa tiếp tục đánh, thêm kem chua vào, đánh cho đến khi kem đặc cứng và có thể bắt thành chóp nhọn. Cho kem vào túi bắt kem.
Chuẩn bị 2 ly thủy tinh, bắt ít kem vào đáy ly rồi xếp ít dâu dâu tây lên, cứ khoảng 1 lớp kem, 1 lớp dâu tây, Cứ làm tiếp tục cho đến khi đầy ly. Cuối cùng bạn bắt kem lên đỉnh ly, xếp dâu tây thành thình chóp. Trang trí hoa tươi tùy thích là hoàn thành.
Cuối cùng, bạn rắc thêm tí đường bột tùy thích là có thể dùng được rồi. Bạn có thể dùng ngay hoặc cho vào tủ lạnh 1 giờ trước khi thưởng thức nha. Món này làm quà tặng thay cho bánh kem cũng tuyệt vời lắm ấy!
