So another day, I discovered the name of a collective group of a collective group (it was a parliament, the way) and made me think: which strange and cool names
So I had a look and it turned out there was quite a lot!
So I compiled a A-Z list of collective names for animal groups!
The collective name for a gibbon group is called sharpness.
A butterfly group is called kaleidoscopic (and when you imagine a large group of them, all have wings, it's easy to see why!)
A Cobras group is called trembling.
A group of donkeys are called a driver.
A eagle group is called a summary.
A group of fox is called a charm.
A giraffe group is called a tower.
A group of hedgehogs are called stinging.
A group of Iguanas is called a massacre.
A jellyfish group is called a shot.
A Kanguru group is called Mob.
A group of sharks is called a push.
A monkey group is called an army.
A group of night sleepers is called a clock.
A group of otters has many different names including: a Bevy, family, motel or a ROMP.
A group of peacocks is called an ostentative.
A quail group is called a covey.
A crow group is called unjustly.
The collective name for a shark group is called trembling.
A turtle group is called a creep.
We know they are a mythical creature, but still!
A vulture group is called a wake up.

A group of X-rays is called a school.
For what?!
A zebra group is called enthusiastic.
