l love the product. I bought 8, of another brand I saw on Shark Tank, and after 6 months, they have all quit working. So far the Vintar are working great, and were less money to buy. I really like the idea of a lighted toilet bowl.

I See The Light - On the way to the bowl at night!
My wife and I were pleasantly when we started using the Vintar Motion Sensor Lite on our bowl in the master bath. I originally bought it as a novelty/amusement item, but after using it, I wouldn't be without it. The adjustable dimmer function is a excellent. I would recommend having on the dimmest setting - when you set it up during the day, you might think it is too dim, but it is not. We use the red color only as it helps keep that sleepy night vision going. Battery life is super/duper, I cannot recall when the batteries were last replaced. We have been using it for about 6 months now. We have since bought about 5-6 more of the Vintars to use as christmas gifts. Our friends look at us strangely and then tell us in a week that it was the Best Gift EVER!!

Fun and Practical
I love mine and purchased six more for gifts!!! They are practical and fun. No more leaving a night light on in the bathroom which you can see through the edges of the door into the bedroom. This motion sensor detects as soon as you have stepped into the room, as long as there are no obstructions in the way. Flexible strap adjusts to fit over the rim of the toilet.

This three pack is a great value. Much lower price then the ones you would find at most bed and bath stores. The quality of what this is strong. The unit has been running for 7 months on our toilets with zero problems. Our kids find it fun and this helped with potty training at night. The unit will turn red and flash 3 times when the 2 AA batteries are low. The unit units from what I remember did not come with batteries. Changing modes is simple with the single button. You can pick from the 16 colors or make it random. It also has a dimming mode so you're not blinded? Not sure why that's needed but its available. This unit will only work if its dark in the bathroom. The batteries last for 5 to 6 months high traffic.

Install Flash Player I love those night lights, which has a bunch of colours and 5 levels for adjusting brightness. Since it is hanging on the toilet without any glue or tapes, I was so worried about it will easily fall off from the toilet. Actually, it is easy to set up adhere firmly on the edge of the toilet. And because so, I can easily remove it from the toilet when I need to tidy up. Fair price and nice performance. Highly recommend it.

Totally unnecessary, but who can resist?
Ok... I saw this was a hot selling item on EBay and had to check it out on a lark. It's absolutely a non-essential item, but man it makes me smile at night every time I use it. I sent one to my brother who immediately texted me a picture of his blue lit up toilet. My wife thinks I've lot my mind, but tolerates my 'pre-pubescent fascination with the toilet'. My son (who shares my humor) loves his. If you get a three pack, you'll have just have to buy more later. Definitely going to be a stocking stuffer this Christmas. Now on to the specifics: The unit has a small box (about 2"x3" and maybe 1/2" thick) with a battery compartment (3 AAs) and a motion detector. Off the top, back edge is a bendable arm with an LED light on the end. Don't be afraid to bend that to fit over the edge of your base toilet bowl (under the seat). It will hang there nicely. I put mine off to the side (say around 4 o'clock or 8 o'clock depending on your preference so it's dead center and protected if you have a split seat. That still gives the motion detector plenty of visibility when you approach in the middle of the night in the dark. The LED light is bright enough to illuminate your way (and aim) without hurting your night vision adjusted eyes even with the seat down. Colors rotate through 16 hues on a 2-3 second each pace, but you can pick just one and leave it (I chose green which my brother says looks toxic. He prefers blue). The light will turn off shortly after no motion is detected, but I haven't had it leave me in the dark yet.

I ordered several of these for Christmas gifts for teens and kids that live in the dorms at college. They all love them, but my hubby is the one that likes them the most! He doesn't have to turn on the light when he goes to the bathroom at night. I highly recommend this product, it's fun and useful!

These motion lights rock! But I use them a little differently.....
I really love these lights ... so much so that I've bought 4 of them! However, I don't use them quite the way they were designed to be used -- I don't hang them on the toilet bowl. Instead of lighting up the bowl itself, I have them light up the bathroom and the walkway into the bathroom. I have one tucked below the vanity cabinet in the recessed toe kick space at its base and that way the Vintar lights up the floor as you walk into the bathroom at night. It's awesome! I had another one hanging on the toilet paper holder and that worked well, but decided to relocate it so it, too, would be hidden away. Now the two of them discretely light up different areas of the bathroom when you walk in at night, stay on long enough to take care of business, and then quietly turn themselves off shortly thereafter. (FYI - be sure one is located within motion reach of the toilet in case you need to 'wave' it back on at night!) And I also take one with us every time we travel! You can never be guaranteed that there will be a night light in the hotel bathroom and finding your way around an unfamiliar bathroom in the dark is tricky. So I always take one of these lights with us and hang it somewhere in the bathroom -- there's generally a hook or towel bar available or sometimes I'll just set it on the counter or on the back of the toilet tank. You just have to make sure to position the motion sensor towards where you'll trigger the light. I even lent ours to our daughter when she was traveling and she liked it so much that I bought her one of her own. I did find it a little hard to understand the programming instructions, but once I got it, I wondered why I had struggled ... because it seems easy now. I personally like the blue light glow the best as it's easy on the eyes while still lighting up the area.

Super product!
I had this type of product before but another brand and I was very disappointed. It wasn’t lighting up when I was entering the bathroom and had a really bad grip on the toilet. The VINTAR product is amazing, lights up in a second even if it’s super dark and the grip is fantastic. I’m recommending it 100 %.
