Măng tây, cả bó xôi, hành tây làm sạch. Măng tây cà cải bó xôi thái nhỏ. Hành tây xắt hạt lựu. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho dầu olive vào đun nóng, đổ hành tây vào phi thơm khoảng 1 phút thì cho măng tây và cải bó xôi vào, xào thêm khoảng 2 phút nữa. Tắt lửa.
Bật trước lò nướng ở 400°F/200°C. Đánh tan trứng gà cùng muối và tiêu, sữa tươi, lá xạ hương trong một cái bát. Trút bát hỗn hợp vào chảo măng tây, tráng đều. Cho chảo vào lò nướng trong 15 phút.
Bánh nướng xong, bạn lấy ra ngoài và rắc phô mai bào lên mặt bánh nhé. Khi ăn, bạn cắt bánh ra thành miếng nhỏ như bánh pizza nè. Bạn có thể chấm với loại nước chấm yêu thích của bản thân nhé.
